Hi, Thankyou for your email regarding a Club Camping Pitch for USC. USC is a very popular event, and therefore so is the Club Camping area.The fact that you are thinking about italready is therefore great. There are NO club stands on tarmac for this event. ONLY club camping on grass for the entire weekend with a minimum of 10 vehicles. For USC Club Camping, your members need to buy their admission tickets inadvance. Tickets cost £55 per person in advance and there is a £7 bookingfee per order. What we are looking for, is for one weekend ticket to be purchased forevery one car space required. So if you are bringing 20 cars, you need to buy 20 weekend admission tickets in advance. You will be allocated an area once you have bought the required number oftickets. The sooner your club is booked in the better pitch you should get.The easiest way to book your tickets is for you to collect the money and doa group booking with us.. We can then book your tickets and club in at the same time. Closing date for this event is Fri 24th July 2009, 5pm online and 5.30pm by telephone. If you have not bought the required number of admission tickets before the closing date, then your club will either be given the amount of passes per tickets bought ( if over 10 ) OR If under 10 tickets have been bought then your club will not be allocated a club camping pitch for this event.



THIS MEANS ALL MONEY FOR TICKETS HAS TO BE AT THE SAME TIME TO ENSURE WE GET A BIG ENOUGH PITCH AND ALL TOG4 ,SCRUTTON WILL FILL YOU IN FOR THE LAST DAYT MONEY HAS TO BE IN BUT AS IT SAYS THE EARLYER THE BETTER IF WE WANT CLUB PARKING HOWEVER THEY DONT DO STANDS : )x
